Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CMM Programmer & Operator to join our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure the dimensional accuracy and quality of our injection mould and electrodes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CMM programs using appropriate software to inspect complex injection mould parts and electrodes.
- Operate and maintain the CMM, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
- Perform dimensional inspections and generate detailed inspection reports.
- Interpret engineering drawings, to create effective inspection programs.
- Analyze inspection data and identify deviations from specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and calibrations.
- Troubleshoot CMM issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience programming and operating programmable CMMs.
- Proficient in using CMM softwares
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Maximum Monthly Salary: ₹35,000.
Probation:
- 3-month probation period during which performance will be evaluated.\
