EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline from a UGC-recognized university.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with a proven track record in sales closures and target achievement. Experience in residential or luxury real estate sales will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sales through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on project developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
