About the Role
Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head from the Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Hospital Solutions, or Healthcare Services industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, healthcare institutions, and referral partners, with a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, expand market presence, develop strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple locations. Please apply only if you have relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists, pulmonologists, sleep specialists, and healthcare institutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical device segment.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor B2B and field sales teams to maximize performance.
- Drive sales of respiratory care products, rehabilitation equipment, patient care devices, and healthcare solutions.
- Establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare associations, and corporate healthcare networks.
- Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and business forecasting.
- Ensure high conversion rates from leads, referrals, and partnership channels.
- Develop and implement sales KPIs, reporting systems, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Represent the company at healthcare events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- MBA (Preferred).
- 8+ years of sales experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Hospital Sales, Healthcare Services, Homecare Devices, or Allied Healthcare sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
