1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure quality hiring.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Manage complete onboarding process including documentation, induction sessions, system access, and orientation.
- Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization and understand company policies, culture, and expectations.
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team activities, celebrations, feedback sessions, and surveys.
- Promote a positive work culture and improve employee morale, satisfaction, and collaboration.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit), and policy implementation.
- Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits.
5. HRMS Software Management
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS (any HR software) including personal details, attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Generate HR reports and ensure data accuracy for management review.
6. Attendance & Leave Management
- Track daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate attendance data and minimize discrepancies.
7. Employee Retention & Relations
- Support employee retention initiatives by understanding employee concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to suggest improvement actions.
8. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR SOPs, and applicable labor laws.
- Support audits and internal compliance checks.
9. Performance Management Support
- Assist in appraisal cycles, goal-setting, KPI/KRA tracking, and feedback processes.
- Support managers and employees in performance-related documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
