RMC Plus is a retail health network (medtech enhanced home care diagnostics + pharmacy + home care) operating across Chennai suburbs. We're looking for a senior ops leader to own P&L and scale the business.
What you'll do:-
- Drive revenue across pharmacy and diagnostics centers-
- Activate pharmacy — doctor relationships, prescription pull, counter sales-
- Manage field teams across multiple locations-
- Own MIS, inventory, and expansion.
What we need:-
- Background in retail pharmacy chain ops (MedPlus, Apollo Pharmacy, or similar)-
- Prior Area/Regional Manager experience-
- Chennai market knowledge; Tamil-speaking mandatory-
- Data-driven, hands-on, comfortable in a fast-scaling setup
