Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning or broken equipment.
- Collaborate with production team to optimize equipment performance and
minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety
standards.
- Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
- Performs all kinds of FITTING and cutting on any type of metal using tools
commonly used in fitting work.
- Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses.
- Should be capable of engineering drawings and 3D modeling.
- Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all
times.
Experience: 0-3 year
Qualification: ITI Fitter.
Technical knowledge:
- Knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform welding and pipework.
- Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, drill machines, and grinders.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and rectifying errors.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.
CTC : As per industry Standards.
