We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Expert to manage and grow our online business across multiple marketplaces and our own website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, inventory management, digital marketing, and sales growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels.
- Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Analyze sales data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work with graphic designers and content teams for product images and descriptions.
- Manage catalog uploads, bulk listings, and product updates.
- Resolve account health issues and marketplace compliance matters.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra Seller Panels.
- Experience with product listing and catalog management.
- Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience in the jewellery, silver, or lifestyle products category is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-commerce operations.
