Business Development Executive/ IT Inside Sales
Location: Zirakpur (On-site)
Experience: 4-8 yrs
The individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the technology and IT services domain. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored IT solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Manage end-to-end project sales cycles - from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Engage with corporate clients, government bodies, and channel partners for project sales.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to design customized IT solutions.
- Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
