Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Services manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us, who plays a crucial role in leading the human resources function and supporting the overall growth of the organization. This position involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and employee relations, and ensuring smooth coordination of HR and administrative activities across the company. The HR Manager contributes to building a positive workplace culture and upholding compliance with employment regulations and policies.
As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
· Managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
· Coordinating with new employees, onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
· Administering and overseeing competitive employee benefits and compensation programs, including leave policies.
· Overseeing performance management processes, including employee evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
· Handling employee relation issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, while nurturing a positive and productive workplace culture.
· Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and employment standards, including statutory filings and audits.
· Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance and leave records, and HR databases/HRMS.
· Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and wages.
· Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees, using relevant HR metrics and reporting to inform decisions.
· Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
· Overseeing office administration tasks, including facilities management, stakeholder coordination, and office supplies procurement.
· Monitoring and managing HR and office budgets, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives.
· Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
· Building and managing effective interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization to support business objectives.
· Staying updated on HR trends, employment legislation, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes.
The ideal candidate working as an HR Manager will display:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
· Proven work experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role, with at least 7-10 years of overall HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
· Strong functional HR expertise across the areas outlined above.
· Demonstrable experience using HR metrics and reporting to support management decision-making.
· Strong understanding of labor laws, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to build, guide, and develop high-performing teams.
· Ability to work independently, help architect HR strategy, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
