- Production Planning: Translating business orders into actionable daily shift schedules. Monitoring production line output to ensure that delivery timelines and cost budgets are respected.
- Team Management: Supervising, training, and scheduling shifts for operators, technicians, and floor workers. Assigning daily tasks, managing attendance, and handling any personnel issues.
- Quality Control: Enforcing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and quality standards to ensure zero defects. Addressing any product flaws or quality deviations as they happen.
- Maintenance & Safety: Conducting routine equipment checks to prevent machine downtime. Acting as the primary liaison with maintenance teams during breakdowns and enforcing workplace health and safety protocols.
- Resource & Inventory Management: Overseeing raw material consumption and coordinating with the supply chain team to prevent material shortages.
- Reporting: Maintaining accurate production records and providing regular shift or daily performance summaries to senior management.
