Project Manager – Precast Construction
Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 5–8 years in Precast Mandatory)
CTC: ₹7–9 LPA

Role Summary
The Project Manager will own the complete lifecycle of precast construction
projects from planning and production coordination to erection, execution,
client management, and project handover.
The role requires strong integration capability between design, factory
production, logistics, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of precast projects
- Coordinate design, production, dispatch, erection, and client teams
- Prepare execution schedules, erection sequences, and progress plans
- Monitor project cost, quality, timelines, and safety compliance
- Manage crane planning, lifting methods, and erection methodology
- Resolve design-production-site coordination issues proactively
- Conduct project review meetings and management reporting
- Ensure timely billing, certifications, and project closure
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of precast systems and structural behaviour
- Experience in erection engineering and heavy lifting operations
- Expertise in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and execution capability
- Understanding of IS Codes, QA/QC, and EHS standards
Qualification
- B.E / B. Tech – Civil Engineering
Precast project execution experience mandatory
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
