Job Description
We are looking for a Computer Operator Cum Office Assistant to join our team. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and capable of handling day-to-day office operations, data management, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and record maintenance in MS Excel.
- Preparation and updating of reports, spreadsheets, and office documents.
- Handling emails, filing, and general office correspondence.
- Maintaining office records and documentation.
- Assisting management with administrative and coordination work.
- Performing other office-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of MS Word, email handling, and basic computer operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in records.
Preferred Qualification
- Valid driving license and ability to drive a car.
- Candidates who can drive a car will be given additional incentives/benefits.
