Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionaryAutomation Leadto drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, combining traditional automation techniques with intelligent agents and AI-driven systems. This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and user experience across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the automation strategy, integrating rule-based automation, intelligent agents, and AI/ML capabilities.
Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to streamline operations.
Promote reuse of automation assets across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design scalable solutions.
Oversee the implementation of automation frameworks, including workflow orchestration, event-driven automation, and agent-based systems.
Mentor and manage a team of automation engineers, AI developers, and solution architects.
Ensure automation solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
Monitor performance, reliability, and business impact of deployed automation systems and agents.
Lead the development of autonomous systems and agents that can interact with users, systems, and data to perform complex tasks.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in intelligent automation, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration.
Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
Required Skills Qualifications:Must have:
Proven record of accomplishment of leading automation initiatives in BFSI or similar domains
Exposure to intelligent document processing (IDP), process mining, and decision automation
8+ years of experience in automation, with 2+ years in intelligent agent or AI-driven systems
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, and agent-based modelling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Good to have:
Experience with autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, or AI orchestration platforms.
Certifications in AI/ML, cloud technologies, or automation platforms.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices.
