Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions management.
- Support the maintenance and administration of servers, network devices, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, perform routine backups, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the implementation and management of security measures and policies.
- Help with software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their technical issues.
- Document issues and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and software usage.
- Work closely with other IT team members to ensure cohesive and efficient support.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing IT projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS,) and office applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
