Job Description:
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong sales skills to generate new business and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for sales generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales through cold calling, follow-ups, and client visits.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle B2B sales and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Maintain daily sales reports in Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred).
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Good communication and convincing ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in B2B Sales will be preferred.
Candidates residing near Narela or nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
