Eeva Grocers is looking for a Senior Store Executive to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be responsible, customer-focused, and capable of managing store activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations.
- Assist and guide customers with their shopping.
- Manage billing and cash transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory.
- Arrange products and maintain attractive shelf displays.
- Check product quality and expiry dates.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Lead and support junior staff when required.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- 1–2years of experience in a grocery, supermarket, or retail store.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing software and inventory management.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
- Location: Eeva Grocers, Sector 71, Mohali
- Weekly Off: 1 Day per week
