The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing repair estimates, updating customers on repair progress, and ensuring timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their service or repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required repairs and maintenance.
- Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before repairs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair needs.
- Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
- Explain the work carried out and maintenance recommendations at the time of delivery.

Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a 2-wheeler dealership or automobile service industry (freshers may be considered for trainee roles).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an advantage.
