Job Requirements Job Description: Area Business Manager (ABM) – Large Format Stores (LFS)Department: Sales – Large Format Stores (LFS)Business: Watches & Wearables / Fashion AccessoriesReporting To: Operations Head – LFSLocation: MumbaiRole PurposeDrive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Large Format Stores (LFS) within the assigned territory. Ensure superior customer experience, brand visibility, merchandising compliance, and achievement of business targets. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business GrowthAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop territory-wise business plans and growth strategies.Analyze market potential and identify opportunities for expansion.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans. Store Operations ManagementDrive productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned LFS outlets.Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.Monitor key retail KPIs such as sales, conversion, footfall, ATV, and inventory health.Ensure stock availability and minimize stock-outs. Stakeholder & Partner ManagementBuild strong relationships with key retail chain partners and store management teams.Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and support functions.Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth business execution.
