Role Overview
We are looking for 6+ years experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working within the healthcare provider domain.
Responsibilities for Salesforce Developer

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Perform hands-on configuration and administration of Salesforce.com (workflows, validation rules, process builder, etc.)

Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Enhance existing Salesforce solutions and implement new features based on business needs

Support deployment activities and assist in knowledge transfer to post-production support teams

Create and maintain technical documentation for development and configuration activities

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

Work proactively to identify and address technical debt and improve system performance

Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, supporting junior developers, and participating in training initiatives
Qualifications for Salesforce Developer

6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer

Strong development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)

Experience with Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s, Avaya/CTI, Marketo

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)

Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and standard Salesforce functionalities

Working knowledge of data integration tools and techniques (e.g., Informatica, Salesforce Connect, APIs)

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II preferred)

Good understanding of deployment processes and tools (e.g., CI/CD, change sets)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Healthcare domain experience is a plus

Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Working Hours-
Shift between 2pm to 12:30am IST
-
Must have a daily overlap of 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PT)
