Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and finalize detailed valuation reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Work closely with valuation analysts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all supporting data.
- Gather and review data on property characteristics, legal status, and market comparables.
- Adhere to company, industry, and regulatory standards (such as IVS) in all documentation.
- Incorporate feedback from clients or senior analysts, making necessary adjustments to the reports.
- Maintain consistency with standard templates and documentation protocols.
- Support timely delivery of reports by managing project deadlines and workflow.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting formats and methodologies.
- Prepare clear transmittal letters, executive summaries, and visual elements (such as tables or photographs) as required.
- Ensure reports are clear, unbiased, and ready for lender, client, or regulatory review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in valuation, real estate, or technical writing preferred.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to convey complex valuation concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with property valuation standards and industry terminology.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
This structure can be adapted for in-house, consultancy, or bank-related valuation teams and is suitable for both junior and mid-level hiring.
