Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Tableau Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to build intuitive visual analytics solutions and drive data-informed decision-making. Beyond core dashboarding capabilities, this role requires a professional who can directly engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, translate business logic into scalable data models, and present insights with clarity.
Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Design & Development: end-to-end design, development, and deployment of interactive, performance-optimized Tableau dashboards utilizing complex calculations, parameters, LOD expressions, and actions.

Stakeholder Management: Directly liaise with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, translate requirements into technical specifications, and present analytics solutions.

Data Integration & Modeling: Connect Tableau to varied data sources (SQL databases, cloud data warehouses, spreadsheets), write optimized SQL queries, and prepare clean data extracts/live connections.

Performance Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in Tableau dashboards and underlying data queries.

Governance & Delivery: Ensure adherence to data security standards, row-level security (RLS), visual best practices, and enterprise data governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development within corporate environments.

Certification: Official Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Tableau Desktop Certified Associate/Professional (issued directly by Tableau/Salesforce).

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, advanced SQL writing, and data modeling techniques.

Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder-facing communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical business partners.

Availability: Willingness to work 5 days a week in-office at our Mumbai (Thane / BKC) location.
