Minimum Experience: 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit techno-commercial bids in line with client requirements
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with internal departments for inputs (engineering, procurement, finance, etc.)
Conduct cost estimation and risk analysis
Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids
