About the Role
Vasani Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Export Sales Manager to lead and expand our international business. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in export sales, international market development, distributor management, and B2B business growth, preferably in the PVC pipes, plastic products, building materials, or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve international business targets.
- Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, and B2B customers across global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and channel partners.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Prepare export quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's products.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets and prepare MIS reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in International Business or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development.
- Experience in PVC Pipes, Plastic Products, Building Materials, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing international markets and achieving export sales targets.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of international trade practices, export documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in distributor and channel partner development.
- Knowledge of international logistics, shipping, LC, payment terms, and export compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
- Strong analytical and business development skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
