Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our travel team as Travel Agents. The candidate will assist customers with travel bookings, provide travel-related information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
- Assist clients with domestic and international flight bookings.
- Provide travel information, fares, and available offers.
- Coordinate with airlines and customers for booking confirmations and changes.
- Maintain proper booking records and customer data.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in rotational or night shifts.
- Customer handling skills will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Team player with problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of travel portals is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
