Ghaziabad, Mechfab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team.
Experience: 7–12 Years
Location: Ghaziabad
CTC: As per current CTC & experience
Experience in: PEB / Structural Steel / Construction / EPC
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, consultants & developers
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and contracts
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline, MIS and regular sales reports
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production, Purchase & Project teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Generate repeat business and maintain strong client relationships
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives
What We’re Looking For:
7–12 years of experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Construction / EPC sales
Strong knowledge of PEB and structural steel industry
Proven track record in business development and sales
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills
Good leadership and team-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
Target-oriented and strong business development mindset
