We're Hiring: Manufacturing Process Owners (4–5 Positions)
At Vaishnav Fastners, we're transforming the way we manufacture.
We're looking to hire 4–5 Manufacturing Process Owners for our Kaman manufacturing plant—engineers who are ready to take ownership of a manufacturing process and drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
This is not a conventional quality inspection role.
You'll own a manufacturing process from end to end, identify root causes of defects, work closely with operators, and build systems that improve productivity and quality every day.
Location
Kaman (Near Vasai)
We're looking for:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–4 years of manufacturing experience (freshers with exceptional aptitude may also be considered)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fastener or automotive manufacturing experience is an advantage
You'll work on processes such as:
- Cold Forging
- Thread Rolling
- Machining
- Assembly
- Heat Treatment
