Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain daily office logs, including attendance and discipline monitoring.
Assist in the execution of employee engagement activities such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and monthly events.
Supervise and allocate tasks to support staff (peon/housekeeping) as required.
Maintain and update inventory records (office supplies, stationery, IT assets, etc).
Provide support in internal and external office operations and administrative work.
Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by HR or Boss.
Support in HR routine activities, including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Prior experience in office administration/HR support preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, disciplined, and reliable approach to responsibilities.
