We are hiring for Dispatch Executive for US Logistics

A US Logistics Dispatch Executive manages freight transportation, schedules drivers, and tracks shipments across the United States. Key duties involve optimizing delivery routes, ensuring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, and communicating with US-based carriers, brokers, and clients to resolve transit delays.
Key Responsibilities
- Load Planning & Routing: Assign loads, plan cost-effective routes, and maximize truck utilization for US lanes.
- Driver Coordination: Maintain continuous contact with drivers regarding pickup details, route shifts, and delivery ETAs.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor transit progress using load boards, GPS systems, and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Compliance & Safety: Track driver Hours of Service (HOS) and verify adherence to federal trucking regulations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle road emergencies, breakdowns, detention issues, and last-minute schedule changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of US geography, freight market standards, and trucking operations.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) and TMS platforms.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills for cross-border collaboration with brokers and drivers.
- Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress during sudden routing changes.
- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work permanent US shifts (night shifts if operating from international delivery centers)
- Documentation: Manage check calls, proof of delivery (POD), load confirmations, and billing records.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
