We are looking for a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Class 1 (First) Mother Teacher to nurture young learners during their foundational years of education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and joyful classroom environment while supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons across all core subjects, encouraging curiosity, and building strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication. It will be essential to foster positive learning habits, instill values, and support the overall personality development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement integrated lesson plans as per the school curriculum
- Teach multiple subjects to Grade 1 students using activity-based learning methods
- Create a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadership
- Encourage creativity, communication skills, and social interaction among students
- Maintain classroom discipline with a nurturing and positive approach
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and parent-teacher meetings
