- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards using MS Excel.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on recruitment platforms.
- Handle HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
