Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop engaging captions, stories, reels, and other content formats aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Execute paid social media campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Assist in influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting across all channels.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities through social media initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, mass media, business administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
Working Conditions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
