TELE CALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Make outbound calls to candidates/customers
- Explain courses/services and resolve queries
- Handle inbound queries professionally
- Maintain follow-ups and call records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Telecalling / Sales / Customer Service / BPO / Domestic Calling
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Confident, persuasive & target-driven
