Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Private Wealth – Real Estate team. The role involves sourcing and engaging with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), identifying investment opportunities across residential and commercial real estate, and supporting the team in business development, investor presentations, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Source and connect with HNIs and investors to identify real estate investment opportunities.
Prospect and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, and developers.
Assist in business development activities, including lead genera on, client mee ngs, and follow-ups.
Source and evaluate real estate supply, both residential and commercial, for investment suitability.
Conduct site visits and represent clients during property evaluations and negotiations.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
Prepare investor memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for client discussions.
Create and manage property content for listings, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
Coordinate internally with the valuation, research, and advisory teams for client deliverables.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of real estate markets (residential/commercial).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNI clients.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation creation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match investment options.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
Educational Qualifications
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
