Job Overview:
Propspires Private Limited is hiring a Sales Trainer (Real Estate) responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales processes, customer handling, negotiation, objection handling, and sales closure techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver soft skills and behavioral training programs for real estate sales teams (from freshers to senior sales professionals).
- Conduct training sessions on:
- Communication & presentation skills
- Customer handling & relationship management
- Negotiation and closing techniques
- Objection handling
- Lead conversion strategies
- Follow-up processes & CRM discipline
- Site visit management & project pitching skills
- Develop and implement training modules, SOPs, sales scripts, and role-play frameworks specific to real estate sales.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training programs for new sales team members.
- Identify training gaps through TNI (Training Need Identification), sales performance analysis, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and field coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
- Monitor post-training performance and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Track improvement in sales performance and prepare training reports.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers, Business Heads, and HR for continuous sales capability development.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessments, and performance evaluation reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle (lead generation to booking/closure).
- Prior experience in real estate sales training or sales leadership roles preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in classroom training, online training, and field coaching.
- Strong knowledge of customer psychology, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to conduct practical sales simulations and evaluate sales calls.
- Data-driven approach to measure training effectiveness.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
