Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Junior Sales cum CRM Executive to support the sales team by managing customer interactions, maintaining the CRM database, and ensuring timely follow-ups to drive sales conversions and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Handle customer inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-ins.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate and convert sales leads.
- Promote products, offers, and new collections to prospective and existing customers.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through consistent customer engagement.
- To promote gold saving plan and help in conducting marketing activities in societies in Delhi NCR.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through timely follow-ups.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Schedule follow-ups for birthdays, anniversaries, festive campaigns, and promotional activities.
Customer Communication
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Share product information, pricing, order updates, and promotional offers.
- Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey. .
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, CRM, Customer Service, or Retail (Jewellery industry preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
