Balrampur Multi-Speciality Hospital is seeking a compassionate and experienced Consultant Paediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality clinical services while ensuring excellence in patient care and contributing to the growth of the Paediatrics Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care for neonates, infants, children, and adolescents.
- Manage OPD, IPD, emergency, and neonatal services.
- Conduct immunisation and preventive healthcare programmes.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and manage neonatal emergencies.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans and child health.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and medical documentation.
Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Paediatrics.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- 2–5 years of experience for Consultant level.
- 8–10 years of experience for Senior Consultant level.
- Fellowship in Neonatology or Paediatric Intensive Care (PICU) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills.
