Job Responsibilities
- Mechanical assembly of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and automation equipment.
- Reading and understanding mechanical drawings.
- Assembly of machine structures, conveyors, fixtures, and automation systems.
- Tapping, drilling, fitting, and alignment of machine components.
- Installation and commissioning support at customer sites.
- Inspection and testing of assembled machines.
- Coordination with design, electrical, and PLC teams.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
Required Skills
- Mechanical assembly and machine fitting.
- Tapping, drilling, grinding, and fabrication knowledge.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of pneumatic components and automation systems.
- Experience in SPM machine assembly.
- Use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automation machinery assembly.
- Knowledge of pneumatic circuits.
- Site installation and machine commissioning experience.
- Basic welding and fabrication knowledge.
