Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site quality inspections for residential/commercial properties
- Prepare detailed, accurate inspection reports using our in-house CRM/reporting software
- Identify quality defects, compliance gaps, and structural/finishing issues
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to communicate findings clearly
- Mentor and guide junior/trainee inspectors on inspection standards and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC, site inspection, or construction/real estate quality checks
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills
- Comfortable using digital tools/CRM software for reporting
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred for site visits across Hyderabad
- Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 15-30 days preferred
