- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPiServer, ASP.NET MVC, API Management, Optimizely CMS, Optimizely Commerce.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining web applications using EPiServer platform.
- In-depth knowledge of API design, development, and management to facilitate seamless integration.
- Expertise in implementing content management and e-commerce solutions using Optimizely technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing software components for improved performance.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in EPiServer.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
