Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance metrics.
- Generate actionable insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports.
- Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.
- Assist in automating reports and improving reporting processes.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or Reporting.
Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts)
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Power BI (Preferred)
- Basic SQL Knowledge
- Data Cleaning and Validation
- Dashboard Creation
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Attention to Detail
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing industry reporting and MIS will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
