Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential customers, and promote travel packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable travel options, and converting leads into bookings while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and offers to prospective customers
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable travel solutions
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by effective communication and persuasion
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system
- Coordinate with operations/booking team for smooth execution of travel plans
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Customer-centric approach with a pleasant phone manner
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and packages (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service / telecalling / travel sales (preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
