We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, handling campaigns, increasing engagement, building brand awareness, and coordinating with internal teams for marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creative thinking ability, understanding of current digital trends, and hands-on experience in social media management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Handle and manage all company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.
- Create monthly social media calendars and posting schedules.
- Ensure regular posting and brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
Content Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and internal departments for content creation.
- Plan engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional campaigns, and product awareness activities.
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic marketing content.
Brand Building & Engagement
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Build online community engagement and maintain brand reputation.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate influencer marketing and collaboration activities if required.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media insights, analytics, and KPIs.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Creativity in content planning and campaign execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Experience in handling brand pages and campaigns preferred.
Preferred Industry
- Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Wellness industry experience preferred.
Working Days & Timings
- 6 Days Working
- Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
