We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor who can manage daily site activities, coordinate teams, and ensure that work is completed on time with proper quality and discipline.
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating materials, checking work quality, and reporting project progress to the management team. The candidate should be practical, organized, and capable of handling site responsibilities independently.
This role is suitable for someone who has hands-on site experience and understands construction execution, measurements, materials, labour coordination, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and interior site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions from the project team.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and management.
- Monitor work progress and make sure project timelines are followed.
- Check quality of work and ensure proper finishing standards.
- Manage labour allocation and ensure proper productivity at site.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely delivery of materials.
- Verify measurements and support billing or work quantity updates when required.
- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Identify site issues early and report them to the concerned team.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and manpower without wastage.
- Support smooth handover of completed work as per company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in site supervision.
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in construction, renovation, or interior projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Good knowledge of site execution, materials, labour management, and finishing work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle workers and subcontractors professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills at site level.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site progress.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
