Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, managing the sales team, and developing strong customer relationships. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
