Job Overview
Nedisha Group is looking for enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and sell our woodworking and wood finishing machines across India. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, dealers and manufacturers in their assigned territory and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients, dealers, distributors and manufacturers in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales meetings and product presentations.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
- Promote Nedisha Group's woodworking and wood finishing machinery.
- Follow up with leads, quotations and ongoing discussions.
- Maintain daily meeting, lead and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to develop and maintain B2B customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
- Industrial/B2B sales experience will be preferred for experienced candidates.
