Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Spa supports the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth team coordination, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service. The role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily spa operations and staff schedules.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries or concerns.
- Supervise therapists and spa staff to maintain service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the spa.
- Support in achieving revenue targets through service and product sales.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering spa supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination with management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Spa Management (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in spa or hospitality operations.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage teams and ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay: ₹10,365.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
