Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US customers
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services
- Handle in-house campaigns efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Fresher & Experience in international BPO is a strong advantage
- Prior exposure to Telesales / Sales / Calling process
- Preferred experience in:
- ESCO
- Mortgage
- Credit Card Processing
- Sales background candidates are highly encouraged to apply
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
Experience & Education
- Experience: 0–5 years
- Education: HSC / Any Graduate
Shift Details (US Night Shift)
- Shift 1: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
- Shift 2: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- 5 working days (Mon–Fri)
- CTC : 18 k To 25 k
