Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Freshers/Experience to join our jewellery showroom as Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining jewellery products, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product details, designs, making charges, offers, and other relevant information.
- Demonstrate jewellery products professionally and handle them carefully.
- Support customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery items.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Assist the billing and cashier team when required.
- Maintain proper display of jewellery and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
- Support stock checking and product tagging as required.
- Follow showroom policies and security procedures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets with guidance from senior team members.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the showroom team for smooth service.
Skills & Requirements
- Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of English and Tamil.
- Willingness to learn about jewellery, gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and during festival seasons.
