Sky Global Solutions is a growing US workforce solutions company focused on delivering top-tier IT talent across the United States. We are building a high-performance team and are looking for experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiters who can independently manage consultants, build vendor relationships and drive successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens to vendors and clients.
- Search and identify suitable job requirements from job portals, vendor networks, and direct clients.
- Submit consultants to matching requirements within agreed timelines.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients for consultant placements.
- Maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and consulting companies.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with vendors and consultants.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure consultants’ resumes are formatted and optimized according to client requirements.
- Track consultant availability, project end dates, and relocation preferences.
- Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets.
- Work closely with account managers and recruiters to fulfill client needs.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT bench sales or staffing.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing vendor network in US staffing industry.
- Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Knowledge of visa classifications and work authorization processes
