Job Title: Senior Manager – IT & HR Operations
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – IT & HR Operations with a strong IT background and working knowledge of HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure while supporting HR operations, including recruitment, employee records, onboarding, attendance, and basic payroll coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT with exposure to HR operations.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
